BAB Roofing is committed to delivering high-quality roofing services. This Refund Policy outlines how refund requests are handled and the remedies available to customers.

1. Services Provided
BAB Roofing provides professional roofing services including installation, repairs, maintenance, and related roofing work.
As roofing services are customised to each property, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced or has been completed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers are entitled to a remedy if services:

Are not provided with due care and skill

Are not fit for the purpose requested

Do not match the description agreed.
If an issue occurs, BAB Roofing will first be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify the work. Where the issue cannot reasonably be rectified, a partial or full refund may be considered, depending on the circumstances.
3. Rectification of Work
If a customer believes there is an issue with the work completed, BAB Roofing must be notified as soon as possible.
We will arrange an inspection and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to repair or rectify the issue. Rectification is the primary remedy before any refund is considered.
4. Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure bookings and cover the ordering of materials.
Deposits may be non-refundable where:

Materials have already been ordered

Work has been scheduled and resources allocated

The customer cancels the service after accepting the quote.
Where possible, BAB Roofing may offer to reschedule the service rather than cancel it.
5. Cancellations
If a customer cancels a confirmed booking before work begins, a refund may be provided minus any costs already incurred, including:

Materials purchased or ordered

Site inspection or consultation costs
-
Administrative costs.
6. Materials
Roofing materials supplied and installed as part of the project are not refundable once installed.
Material defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and customers may be directed to the manufacturer where applicable.

7. Weather and Delays
Roofing work is weather dependent. Delays caused by unsafe weather conditions do not entitle the customer to a refund.
BAB Roofing will make reasonable efforts to reschedule work as soon as possible.
8. Completed Work
Refunds are not provided for completed work where services have been performed in accordance with the agreed quote and professional standards.
If concerns arise after completion, BAB Roofing will first attempt to inspect and rectify any workmanship issues.
9. How to Request a Review or Refund
If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, please contact BAB Roofing within 7 days of the work being completed.
